Rheinmetall and Anduril Industries have announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop and deliver a comprehensive suite of autonomous systems.

The German company Rheinmetall is still planning to produce armored vehicles in Ukraine. As German “WirtschaftsWoche” reports, Rheinmetall CEO Armin Papperger, in an interview published on December 2, 2023, referred to plans to produce armored vehicles, including Fuchs 6×6 and IFV KF41 Lynx.
Last year it became known that the creation of a factory for the production of the most advanced German tanks, KF-51 Panther, was considered for Ukraine.
The company seeks to finish building the first vehicles in Ukraine in 2024. Papperger said that once the contract is signed, the aim is to have the first Fuchs 6X6 vehicle ready in Ukraine in about six to seven months and the first IFV KF41 Lynx in twelve to thirteen months.
