The Cyprus Fire Service invites the public to a remembrance ceremony for the six DRU (Disaster Response Unit) firefighters who lost their lives while on duty at the “Evangelos Florakis” Naval Base in Mari.
The ceremony will take place tomorrow, Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 7.30 pm at the DRU facilities in Kofinou. It will include a trisagion, laying of wreaths at the DRU Monument, greetings and a musical tribute in honor of our undefeated colleagues.
The ceremony is being held under the auspices of the Honorable Minister of Justice and Public Order, Mrs. Emily Yiolitis.
