Because of the new measures adopted by the Cabinet so as to tackle the spread of COVID-19, which are in force until May 9, 2021, the Ministry of Defence announced the following regarding the enlistment arrangements of non-enlisted reservists:

It has been found that there is a significant number of reservists who have arranged to receive their Individual Invitation Cards by April 30, 2021, which is the deadline for their enlistment. All appointments that have been arranged for this week have been cancelled in order to limit the number of visitors in camps for the receipt of Individual Invitation Cards.

The Enlistment Offices have rescheduled all the appointments that had been arranged.

To facilitate the reservists, it was decided to extend the enlistment arrangement process until May 31, 2021.

For the Enlistment offices’ contact details, please see the following table:

In addition, the Ministry of Defence informs that those reservists who have received their Individual Invitation Cards for exercises or presentations until May 9, 2021, need to be presented so as to receive new ones, as these activities have been postponed. It is recalled that the reservists are not required to send a text message to commute on their presentation day as they can use their Individual Invitation Cards as proof.
