All preparations for March 25 military parade have been completed
Following the second parade rehearsal that took place at the Dhekelia air base in Tatoi, in the presence of the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS), General Konstantinos Floros, all preparations for the military parade to be held on March 25, 2021 in Athens have been completed.
According to the HNDGS, the purpose of the events, given the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution of 1821, is to honor the struggles of our ancestors and, at the same time, for the Greeks all around the globe to feel proud of their glorious history and to keep the flame of the Greek nation burning.
At the same time, through the parade in which the units and equipment of the Armed Forces will participate, an all-round message will be sent regarding the readiness and determination of the Armed Forces to ensure the national integrity and sovereign rights of our country, as worthy successors of the 1821 heroes.
