The decision to carry out a study concerning the construction of a new sea base in Almyros (Agios Ioannis), in the area of Magnesia has been posted on “Diavgeia”.
The relevant decision states that the study will examine the formation of new port infrastructures for the docking of Navy ships. The project amounts to 3.8 million euros, an amount financed or to be financed by the National Development Program in actions relating to the Ministry of Defence.
According to the information posted on “Diavgeia”, the goal is to have all the necessary studies completed by the first ten days of August 2025.
