Thirty (30) minefields with anti-tank mines were created on the border with Belarus by the Ukrainian military and border guards within 10 days.

This was announced the day before yesterday by the commander of the Unified Forces of the Ukrainian Army, Serhii Nagev.

General Nagev said that in the last ten days of June, 5,800 anti-tank mines were placed in the 30 minefields created.

The length of Ukraine’s border with Belarus is 1,084 kilometers.

Following the mutiny of the Russian mercenary organization Wagner and the news that a part of the Russian mercenary organization may be transferred to Belarus, the Ukrainian leadership announced that it had instructed the Army command to strengthen the border with Belarus.
