On Monday, July 12, 2021, the oath ceremony of the Pilot Officers who graduated in 2021 took place at the Hellenic Air Force Academy. The National Guard was represented by the Commander of the Air Force Command, Air Commodore Marios Floridis.
Sixty-five Pilot Officers participated in the oath ceremony, of whom 6 are from Cyprus, 2 from Montenegro, 1 from Jordan, 1 from Bosnia and Herzegovina and 1 from Zimbabwe.
The new Pilot Officers will give their legal certification and then will continue their training in their schools, in order to specialise in the duties they will undertake upon joining the Units of the National Guard.
