Turkey will not hesitate to send troops and provide military support to Azerbaijan if requested to do so by Baku, Turkish Vice President Fouaton said today. There is currently no such request.
This fact, however, is in stark contrast to what is happening in reality where the involvement of the Turkish Armed Forces even under the pretext of providing “military advisers” is confirmed. Characteristic is the following infographic of tert.am which cites Russian sources.
Armenian Prime Nicole Pasinian an earlier statement said he sees no possibility of a diplomatic solution to Nagorno Karabakh at this stage. Turkey has expressed its solidarity with Azerbaijan and accuses Armenia of occupying Azerbaijani territories.

In an interview with CNN Turk, Oktay also accused the OSCE Minsk Group (France, Russia, US) of trying to leave the issue unresolved. that it supports Armenia, both politically and militarily. The situation in Karabakh was discussed over the phone today by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoλουlu and his Azeri counterpart Ceyhun Bairamov.
