Joint Hellenic Special Operations Command exercise with the Hellenic Navy – Photos
On Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 of February 2021, a cooperation exercise between the Joint Hellenic Special Operations Command and the Hellenic Navy took place, in the wider area of the Saronic Gulf.
The joint training was designed and coordinated by the Joint Hellenic Special Operations Command of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS) and included special operations drills.
The purpose of this Exercise was to increase the combat capability and interoperability of the participating forces as well as their level of cooperation in the design and execution of these operations in the highly demanding environment of the Aegean. The Hellenic Navy participated in this drill with the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Kerkira.
