The President of the Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou inspected the Navy’s fleet in the Saronic Gulf on Thursday, June 10, 2021.
Mrs. Sakellaropoulou boarded frigate “HYDRA”, where she was welcomed by the National Defence Minister, Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos, National Defence Deputy Minister, Alkiviadis Stefanis, the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, General Konstantinos Floros, the Chief of the Hellenic Navy General Staff, Vice Admiral Stylianos Petrakis, the Fleet Commander, Vice Admiral Panagiotis Lymperis, the members of the Supreme Naval Council and the Frigate Commander Dionisis Artemakis.
The President of the Republic communicated with the crews of the Warships crews by radio and expressed her satisfaction for the constant readiness of the Hellenic Navy.
