Department of Forestry | UAV fire patrols kick off – Photos

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) patrols have kicked off in collaboration with the “CARE-C” Center of Excellence (through the Unmanned Systems Research Laboratory) of the Cyprus Institute.

According to the Department of Forestry, UAVs are expected to play a catalytic role in further strengthening the existing forest fire management system.
