The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence announced that it had supplied 1.2 million unmanned aerial vehicles to the Ukrainian army in 2024.
Saudi Arabia has asked Dassault Aviation to send it a cost-determined proposal for the acquisition of 54 fighter jets by November 10, according to the French website La Tribune.
If this order for Dassault Aviation is realized, it will have significantly expanded Rafale sales in the Middle East region, as it has already delivered to Egypt 54 aircraft, to Qatar 36, while the United Arab Emirates ordered another 80 in December 2021.

France and Saudi Arabia have signed important cooperation agreements in areas such as defence and security. This cooperation between the two includes the sale of weapons, participation in joint exercises as well as cooperation in the field of intelligence.
Greece has completed the procurement of 18 Rafale fighters, namely 12 used (10 single-seaters, 2 two-seaters) and 6 new (4 single-seaters and 2 two-seaters) together with weapons and support, with a total value exceeding 2.4 billion euros.
Now, the receipt of another 6 new fighters of this type is still pending for the completion of the second contract signed on March 24, 2022.
