The UK Prime Minister’s announcement comes just days before his meeting with US President Donald Trump at the White House.

The French Armed Forces have started training units of the Ukrainian Army.
Armed men participated in exercises in fields very similar to the war front: save the bullets used and the fact that there were no mines in the trenches. Ukrainian soldiers have been training for four weeks and are expected to be found on the battlefield very soon as the winter is expected to be extremely difficult.
In fact, according to Politico, one of the peculiarities of this training is that the French disperse dead animals in various parts of the camp, so that the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces get used to the smell of death.
Ukraine, Politico reports, has turned to France with a request to prepare future soldiers to withstand harsh combat conditions and operate in cold, noisy, and sleep-deprived conditions, and in several places. Even translators are being recruited to avoid misunderstandings in the instructions. Drones are also being used so that the Ukrainians can adapt to what they will face when they are called upon to defend their territory against the Russians.

As the media notes, the Ukrainians themselves wanted to take advantage of the very large width of the French training trenches, stressing, in fact, that in such conditions gardening boots are more suitable for action in the trenches than military shoes.
The publication states that the Ukrainian soldiers have been training for a month – six days a week from 5:30 in the morning until 8 at night.
According to Paris, the French military is expected to train around 7,000 Ukrainian men. The training program for Ukrainian soldiers costs France about 300 million euros, according to a report by the Parliament.
Yet the French military also benefits, as French trainers also receive valuable feedback from trainees with battlefield experience, which they can use to prepare France for high-intensity warfare.
It is noted that the United States and Germany have already trained almost 18,000 Ukrainian soldiers, while Great Britain has implemented an unprecedented military training program that provides for the training of 30,000 men.
