Sotiria Technology has announced its selection as a NATO Diana Challenge 2023 laureate among more than 1,300 proposals submitted by all NATO member states.
Sotiria Technology’s state-of-the-art dual-use solutions will address subsurface challenges through a passive, autonomous underwater surveillance system to protect allied maritime infrastructure such as stranded cables, ports, pipelines, and their connections.
These solutions are based on two technological blocks: the development of highly sensitive sensor systems through the use of advanced materials as well as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as a multiplier of the capabilities of the sensors in question.
According to the company, this achievement underscores its commitment to innovation, providing deep tech solutions that align with NATO’s evolving needs.
