SignalGeneriX, a pioneering Cypriot company that specialises in the design and development of electronic systems, and Hellenic Realiscape, a leading manufacturer of simulation systems, announced their strategic partnership for the development of specialised intelligent simulation systems in Cyprus for the defence, security, industry, and shipping sectors.
According to the relevant announcement, the goal of the collaboration is to further strengthen their products, with an emphasis on the initial coverage of the Cypriot market and the expansion at the European level.
SignalGeneriX is known for developing innovative high-tech solutions in the fields of communication, sensors, and electronic warfare, which are widely used in the defence sector. Realiscape, on the other hand, develops software that accurately reproduces a wide range of scenarios and combines CAVEs, HMDs, and AR glasses with real equipment such as guns, mortars, launchers, laser pointers, radios, and full vehicle or aircraft cabins.
In doing so, it creates digital tools-from light weapons and vehicle simulators to complex electronic warfare installations-precisely tailored to the end-user’s operational environment. At the same time, it manufactures specialised software for 3D battlefield awareness and tactical debriefing for air missions.
With a key advantage of being able to develop simulators from scratch, Realiscape designs physical and algorithmic parameters with the most advanced graphics engines. At the same time, it stands out for its flexibility in configuring leading LVC (live, virtual, and constructive) simulation platforms while upgrading existing systems with modern software.
Its solutions are characterised by high quality, based on commercially available technologies (COTS), and harmonised with international simulator interface standards such as HLA/DIS, while its customers include organisations such as the Hellenic Air Force, the Hellenic Army, the Hellenic Police, the Fire Brigade, and large companies such as Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator S.A. “H.E.D.N.O.” and the Danish Viking Norsafe.
