They are one of the world’s leading aerobatic groups with Hawk aerobatics.

The nine-aircraft show featured maneuvers not seen in a Red Arrows display for a long time.

As the well-known aviation enthusiasts do every year, the friends of 11 Aviation cover the training activities of the Red Arrows, as part of exercise Springhawk, i.e. the training before the start of this year’s air show season, which ends on May 17, the day before the demonstration in Flisvos.

It is noted that the swarm arrived at Tanagra Air Base on April 26, 2024 from Croatia where it had traveled to on April 11, 2024.

This is not the first time that the British Red Arrows have flown over Greek skies, having previously participated in both the Athens Flying Week at Tanagra, while the Red Arrows have also commemorated anniversaries of battles where the British and Greek troops fought together during World War II.
