The first Ford Ranger Double Cab XL vehicles of the National Guard can now be seen on the streets.
The delivery of the new double cabs of the National Guard to the units has already begun. Last May, the Ministry of Defence signed an agreement with Michaels Automotive to purchase 60 four-wheel drive double-cab vehicles. The cost of the vehicles together with their maintenance amounts to € 1,368,342.
The Ford Ranger Double Cab XL features a two-liter diesel 170 hp engine, 6-speed manual transmission, and, among other things, an emergency brake assist (EBA), a lane keeping assist (LKA) and an electricity stability control (ESC) system.
