Ministry of Defence | Classification of new conscripts of 2020 Class in Combat Arms – Corps

The Ministry of Defence announces that tomorrow, Wednesday, July 8, 2020, the classification process of the new conscripts of 2020 Class in Combat Arms – Corps will take place.
It is an inviolable and meritocratic process that cannot be intervened by any means, as it is carried out through a computer system which counts only the points of each new conscript according to the electronic application as well as the preferred guard.
All the conscripts who have applied to serve the Special Forces (Paratroopers, Underwater Demolition Teams, Military Police) will participate in a selective sports test after the classification process.

The Parliamentary Committee on Defence has been invited to monitor the selection process, which has been conducted in the same way in recent years.
All recruits will be notified of the combat arms – corps and their unit on the day of their classification.
It is noted that after the completion of the new conscripts’ classification process, the results will be secured by the selective procedures control committee.
