From Monday 6 to Friday 10 February 2023, a joint training including the execution of Free Fall jumps was conducted at the military base of the 4th Reggimento Alpini Paracadutisti in Verona, Italy.
Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers of the Special Warfare Command of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS) as well as personnel of the 10th Special Forces Group (SFG) of the USA and the 4th Alpini Paratroopers Regiment of Italy participated in the said training.
The HNDGS reports that yet another international cooperation of the Armed Forces in the context of the wider planning of the HNDGS was completed with absolute success, achieving an increase in the level of operational readiness, an exchange of know-how and an upgrade of the interoperability of the Special Forces – Special Operations Forces in an allied context.
