The Hellenic Air Force has received two more Rafale fighters on Saint Archangel Michael day. The two new fighters are to be followed by another four, which will be added to the six fighters already received by the Hellenic Armed Forces.

In his statements, the Minister of National Defence, Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos, said that he wishes to have one or more assets at every Air Force celebration. He also said that the next 4 Rafales will be delivered in the near future, about one per month.

Furthermore, the Minister added that the future of the Air Force is bright as the Rafales are already being integrated, while the modernization of 83 F-16s to the Viper version, the most advanced version globally today, is progressing rapidly.
