Fast Patrol Boat “DANIOLOS” and British frigate “HMS KENT” joint exercise – Photos

On Thursday, June 24, 2021 and as part of its arrival at the port of Piraeus, the Royal Navy Frigate “HMS KENT” conducted a Passing Exercise (PASSEX) with the Fast Patrol Boat “DANIOLOS” in the sea area of ​​the Saronic Gulf.

The PASSEX focused on communication training, composition and exchange of tactical area image, progressive maneuvers as well as on the cooperation with a helicopter.

This joint exercise was carried out in the framework of the international collaborations of the Hellenic Armed Forces in accordance with the planning of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff and contributed to the promotion of the level of operational readiness, combat capability and cooperation of the participants in a bilateral and allied context.
