Defence diplomacy and joint actions at the 7th Cyprus-Greece Defence Council
In the framework of the permanent, constant and upgraded cooperation between Greece and Cyprus in the fields of security and defence, the Minister of Defence, Charalambos Petridis, will hold talks, via a teleconference, with his Greek counterpart, Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos.
The discussion will be conducted in the presence of the Chiefs of the National Guard General Staff and the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS) as well as other personnel from the Ministries of Defence and General Staffs of the two countries.
The two Ministers will discuss bilateral issues of their competence in terms of regional cooperation and security, defence diplomacy and military operational programs – exercises as well as other joint actions and issues of common interest.
