According to an announcement by the Ministry of National Defence and the Hellenic Army General Staff, the resignation of the Army Air Force Commander is not valid.
Specifically, the Minister of National Defence, Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos, stated that the Armed Forces were, are, and will be at the forefront of the battle in each and every national test, thanks to the tireless efforts of the Personnel, which ensures the highest operational and organizational capability.
Therefore, the Minister calls on everyone in these critical times to be careful and not to refer, even with official announcements, to resignations that are baseless.
