Diamond of the Greek Economy award
On December 14, EODH was recognized as one of the companies that stood out among the Diamonds of the Greek Economy, together with 37 other Greek companies.
The award ceremony was held at the “Great Britain” hotel in Athens, in the presence of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Mr. Staikouras, presidents, institutional bodies, and a multitude of businessmen and top officials of the Greek market. The award was received by the President of EODH, Mr. Andreas Mitsis, who thanked the organizers for the honor and dedicated the award to the EODH team, partners, and the leading actors of the European defence industry who have trusted EODH for more than 20 years.
In his brief greeting, he also mentioned how difficult it is for a Greek defence company to establish itself in the field and achieve international recognition, aptly using the saying attributed to Gandhi: “First they will ignore you, then they will laugh at you, then they will fight you, and then you won.”
