The Cyprus Fire Brigade rescued a swimmer this morning from a rocky area in Limassol.

According to the spokesperson of the Fire Brigade, Andreas Kettis, a person who was swimming in the sea of Limassol went out to a rocky area after feeling tired, but he was then stranded there.

For the incident, 2 rescue teams of DRU (Disaster Response Unit) Limassol responded and the swimmer was rescued using a special equipment suit.
