The Cypriot company CELLOC participated actively once again at the international defence and security conference, BATTLEFIELD ReDEFiNED 2024, held in Nicosia.

In collaboration with AEOLIKI, CELLOC  presented the innovative MORPHEUS system at the conference. Attendees had the opportunity to experience the system up close at the outdoor exhibition area.

Morpheus is a mobile, autonomous production unit of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) that utilises 3D printing technology to design and manufacture UAS in real time in the field. 

By incorporating artificial intelligence (AI), Morpheus enables real-time UAS design. Its modular structure allows it to adapt to operational requirements, supporting various mission types such as surveillance and intelligence gathering, logistics, and tactical operations.

Powered by renewable energy sources, Morpheus can remain operational ready and autonomous for extended periods, even in locations where conventional power supply is limited or unavailable.

Through Morpheus, various types and sizes of UAS can be designed and built, including the drone that forms part of the ZEUS mobile command and control system, as well as the newly developed Point Zero UAS, which was also unveiled at the conference.

Dr. Haris Zacharatos, the CEO of CELLOC, presented the Morpheus system during the conference. A special presentation was also made to the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, and to the Minister of Defence, Vassilis Palmas, during their visit to the exhibition area.
