INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
From Sunday, December 6 to Tuesday December 8, 2020 during the voyage of the BAYNUNAH Corvette of the UAE from the port of Alexandria in Egypt to the port of Piraeus, a joint exercise with units of the Hellenic Navy that returned from the exercise MEDOUSA – 10 was held.
The exercise included, among other things, communication drills, anti-aircraft warfare (ADEXES) and fast rope drills from helicopters.
The joint training, in which the LIMNOS and THEMISTOKLIS frigates participated along with a number of Air Force aircraft, contributed to the promotion of the level of operational readiness, combat capability and cooperation of the participants and reaffirmed the excellent relations between the two countries.
