The Ace Sniper S.A Rifle is the new sniper rifle made by the Israeli IWI. The new semi-automatic rifle is based on the known Galil-Ace and according to the company has an advanced ergonomic design and provides the user with greater accuracy, range engagement, even in harsh weather conditions.

The rifle has a calibre of 7.62×51 mm and the MIL.-STD magazine has a capacity of 20 rounds. The foldable butt stock feautures an adjustable cheek-rest which provides a superior fit for the individual shooter, while the two-stage trigger mechanism enables the user to adjust trigger-pull to his/her personal preference.

In addition the free-floating barrel – 23” hammer-forged, chrome-lined, with 1:9.5” twist – enhances accuracy and extends barrel longevity.

Additional features include a full-length top Picatinny rail (460mm), along with M-Lock system at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock, and an adjustable folding bipod that can easily be flipped into the required position, giving the shooter more flexibility to adjust to any shooting situation.

“First and foremost, the development of the new sniper rifle meets the user’s need for fast and accurate operation, even in challenging and changing environments, such as CQB zones, and while vehicles are on the move,” says inter alia Ronen Hamudot, Executive VP Marketing and Sales at SK Group.
