After more than thirty years of service as one of the Navy’s top pilots, Pete “Maverick” Mitchell (Tom Cruise) finds himself exactly where he belongs, as a courageous pilot. 

Once he finds himself training a squad of Top Gun graduates for a specialized mission, like no other living pilot – as Paramount studio have described him – Maverick meets leader Bradley Bransau (Miles Teller), the “Rooster”, the son of Maverick’s former friend, Lt. Nick Bradshaw, also known as “Goose.”

Faced with an uncertain future and confronting the ghosts of his past, Maverick confronts his own deepest fears, culminating in a mission that requires utter sacrifice from those who choose to fly.

The film – which premiered late due to the pandemic – is set to hit theaters on May 27. Watch the trailer:
