The official part of Mevlut Cavusoglu’s visit to Greece begins today.
The Turkish Foreign Minister will be received by the Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, at 10:15 at the Maximos Palace.
Then, he will have a meeting with the Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, while extended talks will follow.
The statements to the press are expected to take place around 13:15.
It is noted that yesterday, in an announcement, the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted to Cavusoglu’s reports about the Turkish minority in Thrace, which he called a “distortion of reality”, asking from Turkey to respect the Lausanne Treaty.
