On Friday, September 3, 2021, a special cooperation protocol was signed between the Open University of Cyprus and the Air Force Academy on the provision of a Joint Master’s Degree entitled “Defence and Security”.
The agreement was signed by the Commander of the Air Force Academy, Air Vice-Marshal Antonios Vassilios, and the Rector of the Open University, Professor Petros Pasiardis, and it provides for the design and offer of a distance-learning Joint Master’s Degree on “Defence and Security”.
The Joint Postgraduate Program lasts three (3) semesters and is assessed with a total of ninety (90) ECTS credits. The program is expected to commence in the academic year 2022-23.
