During the exercise, cross-border operations for air policing were carried out within the Athens and Sofia FIR, in order to jointly train the air crews and personnel of the Command and Control System (NAOC / ARS / CRC) of the two countries.
In the said exercise, the Hellenic Armed Forces participated with two F-16 aircraft of the 337th Squadron of the 110th Combat Wing and a C-27J of the 354th Squadron of 112th Combat Wing, while the Bulgarian Air Force participated with two MIG-29s.
