The two-day CYPSEC Defence and Security Conference will be held in Nicosia on October 4-5 at the Hilton Hotel.
In view of the DEFEA 2021 exhibition in Greece, the EDEX in Egypt, and the ISDEF in Israel, Cyprus – through the organization of CYPSEC – is included in the defence industry events held in the Eastern Mediterranean.
The conference will be attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Defence, the Chief of the National Guard along with other senior officers, and representatives from other interested Ministries & Cypriot authorities.
The agenda will include defence expenditure, defence industry, research and innovation, logistics, artificial intelligence and 3D technology. There will also be a live demonstration of various systems and in particular Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
Defence Redefined will be among the media partners and will cover in detail the proceedings of the conference and the topics of the exhibition.
According to the organizers, the conference meets all the necessary measures against COVID-19.
