Chechnya | Kadyrov armed a Tesla vehicle with a machine gun

The Chechen leader invited “the most intelligent man of the modern era”, as he described Elon Musk, to Chechnya.
The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, posted a video in which he appears to be driving a Tesla Cyber Truck vehicle, on top of which he has mounted a machine gun.
In the video, he is heard saying that he will send the vehicle to the Ukrainian front.
Kadyrov received a Tesla Cybertrack from Elon Musk
Kadyrov also heaps praise on the vehicle and Tesla Motors owner Elon Musk. In his post on the messaging app Telegram, he calls him the most intelligent man of modern times and invites him to visit Chechnya.
So far there is no comment from Tesla.
