A Conference entitled “EDF Info Day” is organized in the Amphitheater of the National Gallery on Tuesday, July 9 from 09:00 to 17:00.

According to the relevant announcement-invitation, the Conference is addressed to the entire Defence Industrial and Technological Base, which includes, among others, defence and security companies, research centers, universities, start-ups, dual-use companies, venture capitals.

This activity is an important opportunity for the information and networking of already participating organizations and especially for those interested in participating for the first time in European Defence Fund (EDF) Programs.

The agenda of the meeting, among others, includes:

• Assessment of the three-year participation of Greek entities in the EDF Work Programs,
• Presentation of the Work Program 2024 and the Multiannual Perspective 2025-2027,
• Presentation of the new European Defence Industrial Strategy (EDIS) and the new Regulation of the European Defence Investment Program (EDIP),
• Benefits, lessons learned, best practices,
• Prospects, presented opportunities for the development of the domestic defence industry,
• EU financial instruments.
