Peru | Mirage 2000 fighter jet missing

A Mirage 2000 fighter aircraft of the Peruvian Air Force has gone missing, signaling an alarm to the local authorities.

This aircraft was performing a training flight near an air base in the province of Arequipa in the southern part of the country.

A search and rescue operation for the pilots is underway in the La Jolla area.
