Two firefighting helicopters with their 18-member crew arrived in Cyprus from Jordan to support the Republic of Cyprus’ aerial firefighting.
One person was killed and four were injured by a powerful explosion that occurred on Tuesday morning, January 16, at a missile fuel production plant in Serbia.
The explosion took place at the missile fuel production department of the “Trayal” explosives factory in the city of Krusevac, central Serbia, shortly after 9:00 this morning.
According to the emergency response service, there was no leakage of chemicals or other dangerous substances.
The injured, three men and one woman, are hospitalized in the Krusevac hospital and their state of health is stable, the medical release states.
