Panagiotopoulos | Strong Defence is necessary for a stronger Europe
The Minister of National Defence, Nikos Panagiotopoulos, expressed his joy and honor on Twitter for assuming the presidency of the meeting of the Defence Ministers of the European People’s Party (EPP).
“My commitment is to place Defence issues high on the European agenda,” says N. Panagiotopoulos.
“A strong defence is necessary for a stronger Europe for the future of the next generations,” the Greek Minister underlined.
The meeting of EU Foreign and Defence Ministers is currently taking place. The Greek Minister participates in it. The meeting will be followed by lunch for European Defence Ministers with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
