The Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan announced that the Armenian Armed Forces used OTR-21 Tochka ballistic missiles.
The information is spread by accounts close to Azerbaijan via Telegram, but so far it has not been confirmed.
Armenia has at least 40 OTR-21 Tochka launchers.
