The Minister of National Defense mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos met yesterday, Wednesday 21 July 2021, with the Minister of Defense of the French Republic mrs. Florence Parly in Paris.

During the meeting, the two Ministers discussed issues of further strengthening of the bilateral defense cooperation. The importance of the delivery of the first fighter jet “Rafale” to the Greek Air Force was underlined, which reflects the strategic relationship between Greece and France and the strong long-standing ties of friendship, cooperation between the two countries and their people.
