Five years after imposing restrictions on arms exports to Turkey, Norway has decided to accept Ankara’s arms applications.
This is one of the leading groups of Ukrainian Special Forces.
They operate mainly during the night, defy the cold, and swim in frozen lakes. They are experts in sabotage and excellent at operating drones.
Center 73 is a recently created group whose mission is to support the operational work of units of the Ukrainian Army and, in some cases, to “prepare the ground”.
It is the reason why the Russian occupation forces have on several occasions been forced to change their strategy, as Ukrainian Special Forces managed to quietly infiltrate Russian barracks and plant bombs.
Center 73 is not an official Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. These are ordinary citizens who live – during the day – as fishermen, farmers or workers. But as soon as darkness falls, they become the spearhead of the Ukrainian Army.
They are very well-equipped and trained. Kiev not only knows about their existence, but supports them by any means available, as their presence is more than valuable.
As reported by Euronews, the Center 73 played an important role in the recapture of strategically important territories, such as the village of Krinki in the Kherson region.
