The Ministry of Defence announced the recruitment of Professional Soldiers in the National Guard, according to its press release.

Specifically, the Ministry of Defence is interested in recruiting Professional Soldiers in the National Guard so as to fill all relevant vacancies. Thus, it invites candidates who hold the required qualifications, as specified in the relevant notice, to apply for the recruitment.  

Applications are submitted only electronically, through the Government Getaway Portal (Ariadne) (https://eservices.cyprus.gov.cy), from Friday, March 11, 2022, at 14:00 until Monday, April 4, 2022, at 14:00.

For more information, questions, assistance in completing the application, or in cases of error or inability to submit the required documents, you can contact the Conscripts and Citizens Service Center of the Ministry of Defence daily (working days) from 08:00 to 16:00 at 1430 or at emailing [email protected].

To complete the online application, the applicant must be a registered user of the Government Getaway Portal (Ariadne). The user’s identification can be done as follows:

• By following the electronic instructions listed on “Ariadne”; or
• By visiting the Citizen Service Center in person with their Identity Card
