French Rafale Fighter Aircraft in Paphos | Flights over Cyprus in the coming days

At 5:30 pm, two French Rafale fighter jets and a French Air Force Boeing C-135 FR Stratotanker aircraft landed at Andreas Papandreou Air Base in Paphos.

According to information on our page, the aircraft are in Cyprus within the framework of the defence agreement between the Republic of Cyprus and France.

The aircraft will stay for a few days in Cyprus and will fly over the island.

It is not yet known whether they will conduct joint exercises with the Air Force of the Republic of Cyprus.

This development is a tangible act of support offered by France to the Republic of Cyprus and the implementation of alliances on the ground.
