Florence Parly in Athens today to sign Rafale agreement
The French Minister of Defence, Florence Parly, will be in Athens today in order for the two countries to sign the agreement for Greece’s acquisition of 18 Rafale fighter jets.
According to the agreement, the first six used aircraft will be delivered to the Hellenic Air Force six months after the signing of the relevant agreement and specifically within June. One fighter jet is expected to be delivered per month. Six new aircraft will be delivered twenty months after the agreement is signed, again one aircraft per month. The last six used Rafale aircraft will be received 26 months after the signing of the agreement.
