At around 9:00 on Friday night, members of the Nicosia Crime Combating Department located a defensive grenade and a piece of TNT explosive, with which aggressive grenades are loaded, in a garbage can, located in the open in the area of Aglantzia.
The members of the Police blocked the scene, where members of the Nicosia Police Department, as well as members of Pyrotechnics, rushed off to investigate the scene. After the members of Pyrotechnics dismantled what was found, they proceeded with further evidence analysis.
The Nicosia Crime Combating Department is currently investigating the case.
