Book “Bloodless Attila” | A political novel with a harsh reality – Photos
The presentation of Sotiris Ioannou’s book “Bloodless Attila” was held last night at the Amphitheater of Aradippou High School.
Sotiris Ioannou was born in 1995 in Larnaca and graduated from the Department of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Cyprus. Today, he is a Municipal Councilor of Larnaca, Parliamentary Associate of ELAM and Deputy Spokesperson of ELAM.
In the author’s words, “Bloodless Attila” is a political novel, a fantastic story. But a fictional story that contains the real provisions of an existing plan (the Annan Plan) and an equally existing Turkey whose political leadership has no moral restraint to use harsh military force.
The book deals with the next day of the solution, narrated through the eyes of a political supporter of the new Plan who, during the transitional phase of the solution, realizes the bitter reality of what our political leadership is negotiating.
Excellent scientists and people with extensive knowledge of the nature of the Cyprus problem spoke about the book. Both the criminologist Dr. Lambros Kaoullas and the Retired Colonel, Andreas Loizou expressed their own position on the book and the author. The President of ELAM, Christos Christou, addressed a short greeting.
The book can be obtained by contacting the author at 99081757
