Minister of Defence | Welcoming the new and bidding farewell to the outgoing Commander of the Hellenic Forces in Cyprus
In a post on Social Media, the Minister of Defence, Savvas Angelidis, publicly expresses his gratitude to the outgoing Commander of the Hellenic Forces in Cyprus (ELDYK), Colonel (Inf) Emmanuel Hatzis and welcomes the new Commander Colonel (Inf) Stelios Tinana.
According to the Minister, in the face of the Commanders, he views the relatives of the heroes of ELDYK who fell while on active duty in 1974 and sacrificed their lives to defend the Holy Soil of Cyprus.
