On Thursday, May 14, 2020, a planned small-scale operational training was conducted by the Navy’s Underwater Demolitions Command (DYK).

According to the announcement of the General Staff of the Navy, this activity took place within the framework of the annual operational training program of the Navy, in order to maintain and increase the operational readiness and combat capability of the participants. The exercise proves that despite the measures to deal with the pandemic of coronavirus, the Armed Forces continue their training program both in Cyprus and Greece.
