Three US military sniper teams teamed up in Germany with soldiers from 13 other countries this month to demonstrate their shooting skills, learn new techniques and claim the title of the best sniper team.
The European Best Sniper Team Competition 2021, hosted by the US Army Europe and Africa and the 7th Army Training Command in Germany, challenges the mental and physical abilities of snipers. It’s not just a shooting contest. Snipers must demonstrate other critical skills on the battlefield, including stealth, reconnaissance, fitness, and the ability to adapt to pressure.

1st) Slovenia – Team Lynx 01 with 2237 of 5044 total points
2nd) Turkey
3rd) Latvia
Other countries that competed were Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Canada, Spain, Italy, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Sweden, and Turkey.
