The United States and Russia have agreed on the time and place to negotiate their nuclear weapons in June and have invited China to join, US special envoy for arms control, Marshall Billingsley, said in a Twitter post.
“Today (yesterday) we agreed with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov on the time and place for nuclear arms negotiations in June. China has also been invited,” Billingsley said. “Will China show and negotiate in good faith?”
